Big Pokémon X and Y 3DS News Due April 6th on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Want more new details on Pokémon X and Pokémon Y? The official Twitter account has teased big news for next week.

Posted earlier today, the Pokémon page left a tantalizing message promising something significant to be announced on Saturday 6th April. We're already counting down the hours, minutes and seconds till the inevitable reveal of a new type of berry or hopefully a new critter in the Pokémon X and Pokémon Y line-up.

With the upcoming Nintendo 3DS duo set to touch down globally this October, expect plenty of surprises in the coming months.

The more I think about it, the more it'd suck if sylveon does turn out to be a flying type. All that hype, for a type we already have.

Actually, it was confirmed to be a Normal-type I believe. You can find the info on serebii.net.

Looking forward to the news. Better be something awesome, think some people will need a lot of convincing to get back into the Pokeverse again

Nah, the type is still unconfirmed, I think. Definitely looks like it could be normal though.

Hyyyyyype, I've already pre-ordered copies for my girlfriend and myself. Can't wait for Saturday, new Pokémon AND I'm moving house, exciting day. Smilie
