The developers of Dreamfall Chapters: The Longest Journey are keen to bring the title onto the Wii U after being approached by Nintendo.
In an interview with Edge Magazine, project lead Ragnar Tørnquist highlighted that the team are aiming to release Dreamfall Chapters on the Nintendo Wii U with support, of course, for the GamePad.
Earlier this year it was confirmed that Red Thread were in "dialogue with Nintendo".
Tørnquist highlighted how Nintendo approached the studio last autumn, but the team weren't "ready to make any commitments regarding engine and platforms" at that time. Since then talks have been happening with Nintendo from late May this year, and "they were very interested in working with us", he confirmed, also noting how "it's been a painless and surprisingly rapid process".
