Azure Striker Gunvolt to Maintain Long Hair in the West

It's all about hair as the Western design for Azure Striker Gunvolt's lead character will maintain his braids.

Keiji Inafune met with developer Inti Creates's CEO Takuya Aizu to discuss various aspects of the collaborative project, one of which is the localised look for lead chap Gunvolt.

Though fairly subtle, the initial Western redesign featured a distinct lack of hair as the braided ponytail was removed. However, Inafune feels that the character needs the additional hair as it "emphasises the design."

The bare midriff will still be patched up for the West, however.
