A new trademark has emerged this week, highlighting connectivity between a Nintendo 3DS and smartphones.
Nintendo had noted in the past how smartphone devices will become part of their strategy going forward; and a new trademark filed by the publisher could highlight some form of connectivity between the two. Details are scarce, but one of the images shown within the trademark seems to highlight a means of wirelessly communicating between 3DS/portable Nintendo consoles and smartphones.
The link could be related to some form of tethering, data sharing or maybe even for a way to expand StreetPass into smart devices.
What do you think the new trademark could involve?
