In Japanese publication Famitsu's most wanted lists, various Nintendo titles have begun to climb the ranks to meet the gaming public's demands for upcoming games in the region. Square Enix's Dragon Quest IX heads the list inside.

After playing Dragon Quest VIII for a bit longer, I'm not that exited about IX anymore. VIII is great but I just find it so boring at times. The difficulty requires you to spend ages leveling up and only being able to save at a church is stupid.

I'll still get IX though. Smilie

I want 5 games out of that top ten.

Same here, that's what I found. At first it was like, WOW a JRPG that isn't blatantly shit! Then in just got dull.

It's going to be shit and you jolly well know it.

Where's the Mario love in the East? Why isn't Mario Galaxy wanted more than Everybody's Golf on PS3? EH?!?

EDIT: In any case, it's all very Sony up there. I guess that's fair though, seeing as Nintendo is pwning so much in the West. Smilie

Lol, I'm sure once more and more footage is revealed and dates are set then the big Nintendo titles will creep up towards the top.

Yeah, Halo gets on there with 288 votes...and DQIX had 2,210 votes. You need to remember Famitsu hardly ever represents what people really want in Japan.
