You've surely heard of the Command & Conquer series, one of EA's flagship franchises. A former PC exclusive, the game recently made the transition to console territory for the Xbox 360, in the form of Command and Conquer: Tiberium Wars. Now, the company have commented on the possibilities of a Wii iteration.
If you had asked anyone in the C&C know, asking them if a Wii version was a possibilty would probably generate a fair few laughs and/or hysterics. Sure, the white box may not be packing quite as many gigaflops, but the control scheme surely offers limitless possibilities for the aging franchise. Senior Producer Mike Glosecki, had his say on the matter, "There isn't as much under the hood, so it obviously won't look as good. But as far as control goes, I don't see why it can't be done."
It's not a huge amount to go on, but we think Wii and RTS's are a match made in heaven. Don't forget to share your own thoughts with us in the comments below.
