Official Korean Wii Website Launches

By Jorge Ba-oh 07.04.2008 4

The official Wii website in Korea has launched revealing details on the console and more.

It's a fairly basic page at the moment, but shows hope for Nintendo expanding into non-traditional regions with both the Wii and DS.

(Minus possible ignorance) Is NoK based in the North or South?

It's based in Seoul, the capital of South Korea.

The site looks boring and plain.

The site looks just like every other countries's Wii pages before the system launched. Check out the two TV ads as well...they're exactly the same as the UK ones that hit before Wii launched, i.e. meant to intrigue the viewer, but ultimately proving to be quite boring.
