Ace Attorney Series

I'm in case 3 now, so hopefully I'll come across it soon. Thanks for the heads up. What show is it from? I don't watch any anime so if it is from one of those I will likely miss it.

It's from a popular American sitcom from a few years back, so no worries on the anime front. A parody of a theme tune. I won't say anymore cos it'll ruin the surprise a bit, everybody must know this show though. It's not Friends.

Then it must be the greatest Sitcom ever created, Seinfeld!

It's the not that there's anything wrong with it quote, probably, right? Ooooh don't tell me. Now I can't wait.

EDIT: wait, a parody of the theme tune...hmmmm. So is it a song that is played? This is already killing me.

I just came across the reference. Not from Seinfeld for sure. Hilarious! I guess I should not say where it is from, but I will say that the line is still fresh in my mind.

It passed by so quickly I had to restart the game from my save point to see it again. Good stuff.

Very fast - I only caught the first line and had to restart and be prepared for the rest.

I dunno, haven't seen that show before. There are probably a lot of other references we miss too though.

But anyway, while I love all the references, I am disappointed with all the mistakes they've made in the translation. It has a ton of them, especially compared to the original.

They should have kept the Legendary Alexander at the helm.

Yeah Jambo, those references are all excellent.

I've just started Chapter 4.... Chapter 3 finished quicker than I thought it would. So far Chapter 4 has been a rollercoaster of events. It's got me pretty on edge. I'm disappointed that I missed Moe's references.

Also on Story 2 I just remembered that I didn't 100% resolve the case, you know at the end of each case after you leave the court room, there is a piece of evidence to show to someone & explain something to them... well so far I'd gotten all of them, except Chapter 2's one. So I'll go back to that.

It seems there is another reference in there about Clowns escaping from a maximum security prison. I have no idea what that would be from, but it seems too random for it not to be a reference to something.

And yes. This thread is too young to die.

Anyone else pick up on the Watergate references in the second case of Ace Attorney? With the phone being tapped and the hotel across from the law offices was called the Gatewater Hotel.

I think I agree with Mason about the 2nd game now... the 4th story is fucking epic... & I also agree that it wrapped up Phoenix's story quite nicely too, so I'm looking forward to seeing what happens in the third game!

I actually can't wait now... damn, I'll have to wait 'till September or longer though

I'm now playing through the first game again. You know at the end of each case after you've left court you usually have to explain something to someone with a piece of evidence? I didn't get all them, so I guess I'm trying for the "perfect endings"
